Responsibilities:

Student Enrollment and Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollments.
- Identify potential leads through online and offline channels, including social media, events, and referrals.

Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations for collaborations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, addressing queries and providing guidance.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Provide insights to improve course offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Sales and Revenue Targets:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Track performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.

Brand Promotion:
- Represent the institute at educational fairs, exhibitions, and seminars to promote courses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 1 yr Experience in CALLING PROFILE or Relationship Management
- Basic Knowledge of Excel ,
- Dashboard operation for loan process ,
- Communication in Hindi and English (Other languages is an add on)
