Job Brief: The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth of the institute. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for the education sector.


Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:

  • Student Enrollment and Lead Generation:

    • Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollments.
    • Identify potential leads through online and offline channels, including social media, events, and referrals.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations for collaborations.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, addressing queries and providing guidance.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
    • Provide insights to improve course offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Sales and Revenue Targets:

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
    • Track performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Brand Promotion:

    • Represent the institute at educational fairs, exhibitions, and seminars to promote courses.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.


Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 yr Experience in CALLING PROFILE or Relationship Management
  • Basic Knowledge of Excel ,
  • Dashboard operation for loan process ,
  • Communication in Hindi and English  (Other languages is an add on)
