Job Summary:
The Senior Admission Counselor is responsible for driving student enrollment through effective engagement, consultation, and admissions support. This role involves managing prospective student interactions, meeting enrollment targets, and supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage Prospective Students: Guide students on programs, admissions, financial aid, and career opportunities in aviation.
• Achieve Enrollment Targets: Implement strategies to meet monthly/annual goals and maintain engagement.
• Oversee Application Processing: Review applications, ensure eligibility, and support students through final enrollment steps.
• Mentor Junior Counselors: Train and support the admissions team.
• Event Participation: Coordinate and attend open houses, webinars, and industry events to promote programs.
• Provide Market Insight: Share industry trends and feedback for improved outreach and marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Education, Business, or Aviation (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years in admissions or counseling (aviation preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and CRM skills.
