Job Brief: DFly International, a leading company in the Aviation Training, is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Cabin Crew/Aviation Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to aspiring cabin crew members and aviation enthusiasts through our online platform. Your expertise and experience in the aviation industry will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of cabin crew professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive online training sessions on various topics related to cabin crew and aviation
- Create and update training materials, presentations, and assessments
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees to help them improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor trainee progress and provide ongoing support and mentorship
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content is current and relevant
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to continuously enhance the training program
- Participate in training development projects and contribute to the creation of new courses and modules
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process of new trainees
- Conduct performance evaluations and assessments
- Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, progress, and performance
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cabin crew member or in a related aviation role
- Excellent knowledge of cabin crew duties, safety procedures, and customer service standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging and interactive online training sessions
- Proficient in using online training platforms and tools
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training
- Flexibility to adapt to changing training needs and requirements
- Experience in curriculum development and training material creation is a plus
- Relevant certifications in cabin crew training or aviation education are preferred
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
