About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Stack Developer Trainer to join our learning and development team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies and a strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding learners through practical, project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training in full-stack web development (front-end + back-end)

• Create course content, assignments, coding exercises, and real-time projects

• Teach core technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, SQL

• Guide students on project development and best coding practices

• Conduct live sessions, workshops, and Q&A sessions (online or offline)

• Provide regular feedback and evaluate student progress

• Stay up to date with the latest tech trends and tools in full-stack development

• Collaborate with the academic or content team to improve training modules

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js / Angular / Vue.js

  • Back-End: Node.js, Express.js, Python, Java, or PHP

  • Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

  • Tools: Git, GitHub, VS Code, Postman, REST APIs

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way

• Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent practical experience

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer or trainer

• Experience with live teaching, bootcamps, or ed-tech platforms is a plus
