Job Summary:
Dfly Institute is hiring a dynamic and result-driven  Counsellor to guide students for careers in the aviation industry. The role involves handling student enquiries, conducting counselling sessions, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 3–4 counselling sessions daily (online & offline)
• Provide counselling to students regarding aviation and cabin crew courses
• Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
• Maintain student records and counselling data
• Achieve assigned admission targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and counselling skills
• Presentable personality
• Interest in the aviation industry
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Working Details:

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
