Job Summary:
The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, ensuring high standards of service delivery, managing staff, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Centre Operations Management:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor centre facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
Staff Supervision & Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage centre staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service & Client Relations:
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Financial Management:
Monitor revenue, expenses, and budgeting.
Optimize cost efficiency and resource allocation.
Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to attract new customers.
Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
Address any legal or regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations, administration, or management roles.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and business management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
