Job Title: Aviation Counsellor & Branch Coordinator  – Aviation Institute

Experience Required: 1–3 years (experience in aviation or education counselling preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Provide course and career counselling  ( Online & Offline ) to prospective students and parents.
    •    Explain various aviation programs (like cabin crew, ground staff, etc.) and institute policies.
    •    Follow up with inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
    •    Convert leads into admissions through structured follow-ups and counselling sessions.
    •    Maintain records of inquiries, admissions, and student feedback.
    •    Conduct orientation sessions for new students.
    •    Collaborate with marketing and admission teams for student recruitment activities.
    •    Handle administrative tasks related to student documentation and admission process.

Skills & Qualifications:
    •    Bachelor’s degree (preferably in any stream, education, or aviation-related field).
    •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    •    Knowledge of aviation industry courses is an advantage.
    •    Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
    •    Fluency in English and local language.
