Our Company
Dreams Around The World is a small but growing team based in Central and Eastern Europe, with plans of a sunny island HQ somewhere in Europe.
Our company is based around my coaching and training where my mission is to help people become the best version of themselves while creating the most awesome life possible. I do this through a variety of tools including coaching personality, psychology, and actionable business training. Plus our amazing community of clients. We set a very high standard for everything we do and consistently deliver far beyond expectations and that of the competition.

We have a prosperous YouTube channel, podcast and growing social media accounts and I've been quoted or referenced in places like Inc, Forbes, and the New York Times.
At the moment, we are a remote team. But as soon as things begin to normalize, including this summer, we will begin regular company retreats with the goal of working together in person between 3 and 12 months each year.
The Role
In this role you’re ultimately responsible for:
-Growing Our Audience (2.5x our existing growth rate as bare minimum, with target of 3-5x) Which is Primarily on YouTube
-Moving General Audience (YouTube, Podcast) To Email Subscribers Opt-Ins (1.5 – 2x our existing rate of email subscriber opt-ins relative to audience size)
-Supporting Promotions (in coordination and supportive capacity, not as your primary role)
How Will You Do This?
There is some flexibility in the how, you are a self starter and strategic thinking, but you’ll likely focus on the following areas for the majority of your results:
-Helping me create amazing videos people want to watch and share. This is #1…nothing grows an audience like amazing content.
-Ensuring we’re consistent and engaging with our branding and marketing in our free content…letting people know how they can go deeper with us.
-Working to understand YouTube and selected social media platforms to optimize our videos and other content for heaps of engagement.
OK, Time To Meet Each Other…
Hi, I’m Dan.
I’m currently wearing a lot of hats in our business, including being a Podcaster, YouTuber, and Author...as well as a Coach, Trainer, Speaker, CEO, and…well, you get it, I’m doing a lot.
Your role, if you choose to accept it, is to work closely with me to create amazing content that increases our growth rate by 3-5x and ensures we keep reaching the right people (we have amazing clients and a wonderful community!).
What Will Make You Successful
I debated exactly what to include here. After a lot of drives up and down the Portuguese coast reflecting on this, I determined that the most important aspects of this role are:
1) Understanding what makes great content people really crave and connect with.
2) Being a great communicator to collaborate with me in formulating ideas and developing content.
3) Having an unbridled enthusiasm for what we do, backed up by a heap of ambition and an engine that never stops.
Aside from the above, I’d also add:
You don’t need to be exceptionally organized, but organized enough that your world, and ours, never descends into complete chaos.
You should also be really smart, confident, and good enough with technology to get your work done without incident.
You need to be someone who takes ownership and is driven to push things forward never afraid to take charge but also attuned to the needs of your team. It is a complicated role because I am your boss, your collaborator, and your on camera talent.
Our Approach to Content Creation
I value quality over quantity. While we do use some micro-content strategies to repurpose larger videos into smaller clips for Instagram, the focus of this role is creating great pillar content (YouTube videos, Great Podcasts, Epic Articles, even a new Book). Less can be more.
Our team already includes a video and podcast editor, graphic designer, and web designer. You will not be replacing anyone, just adding to skills and experience in these areas is an asset, but ultimately your role will be more as a collaborator, writer, and producer.
What You’ll Be Doing
To support me (Dan) in being my best and creating the most engaging content possible and then taking this content and turning it into increasingly awesome content via writers, video editor, graphic designers etc. while sharing a consistent, powerful, and engaging message.
Responsibilities
-Working closely with myself (Dan), you’ll be accountable for all areas of (free) content creation as well as low priced content, such as books. This includes YouTube (our top priority) and our Podcast, as well as some aspects of written content (on our site) and some social media (currently our focus is Instagram).
-Engage and grow our audience
-Ensure a consistent message
-Promote our content and reach new people
-Increasing opt-ins and our mailing list
-Coordinating with our promotions manager for content alignment and to support our sales and promotions
You
-A minimum of 3 years in any of the following areas: Marketing, PR, or Journalism. Experience in a small business, or growing your own company, may also be considered.
-You have experience in high-quality content creation in one or more areas (writing, creating videos, podcasts).
-You have a broad understanding of content and social media marketing strategies that are working great right now.
-You’re an excellent communicator and an even better writer.
- You have experience managing projects and people. You’re organized and proactive and hit your deadlines.
-While you may be empathic and emotional, you can` also be a logical and strategic thinker.
-You’re proactive, confident, and assertive when you need to be.
-You have high-quality standards and a great eye and can spot talented people and quality work.
-You’re able to hire, train, motivate, and grow creative people.
-You understand psychology and the types of content that will connect with people and hook them.
-You have a mind for business and understand the importance of marketing and sales.
We are discussing creating a new headquarters on a sunny European island, but are currently a 100% remote team with two company retreats each year (yes, free travel!).
For this role, you’ll need to spend at least 3 months a year in the same place as myself (generally somewhere in Europe). This is essential for creating a great working dynamic and reaching the level of quality I envision.

Notes:

-As we are a remote team, this position is open to all qualified people in the Americas, Europe, Central Asia, and Africa. Due to time zones and the importance of sleep, it is not open to applicants living elsewhere.
-We are based in Central and Eastern Europe (with a possible future HQ on a Sunny European Island or in Portugal). We have some flexibility, but in general our pay and working hours lean in this direction. If you’re living somewhere like Los Angeles or Vancouver and keen to stay there, this role isn’t for you.
