Job Brief:
Customer Service Engineer (CSE) is a customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains, and modifies X-Ray modalities like CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and all electronic imaging or not imaging equipment at customer sites. CSE represents the "Company" to our customers.
Provide a high level of technical support to our customers while working under minimal supervision. The primary focus of CSE is to provide on-site installations, diagnosing and repairing existing equipment on the field. Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform service at customer sites.
- Performs preventative maintenance on-site.
- Modifications and installations on General Radiographic like CR, DR, lasers and Fluoroscopy units, Mammography Portable X-Ray, CT, MRI Urology, and Ultrasound diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
- Complete Field Service Reports.
- Complete Installation Documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Requires a BA diploma or equivalent in Biomedical and Electrical Engineers with 1-3 years of experience in the field or a related area.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, verbally and written.
