Hours: 8PM – 8AM (Night Shifts)

Salary: Competitive rates starting at £21.35 per hour (higher depending on experience)

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) looking for a fulfilling night shift role in a supportive environment? We are seeking a Night Nurse to join our team at our well-established nursing home in Thanet, Kent.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts

Administering medication and treatments in line with care plans

Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents overnight

Supporting and supervising care staff, promoting best practices

Updating care records and liaising with families and healthcare professionals

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN

✅ Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting (preferred)

✅ A compassionate and person-centred approach to care

✅ Strong leadership and communication skills

✅ Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
