Maintenance Technician

We are looking for someone to provide maintenance services, in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager

You will action both planned and reactive maintenance issues to prioritise in terms of urgency.

You will assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of maintenance implementation and delivery, you will implement actions to meet and maintain maintenance standards, you will systematically solve day-to-day problematical issues which arise whilst ensuring the Service Users’ rights are protected.

You will support in promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support and maintain your maintenance skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required in order to maintain up to date knowledge

You will work 5 days over a 7-day period, as agreed with the home manager.

PLEASE NOTE A FULL DRIVING LICENSE IS REQUIRED.

You will need proof of being double vaccinated (covid pass/letter or app), you will also need to be able evidence your right to work in the UK and provide 2 employment references, one of which will be your most recent employer.

  • Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
