About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible SEO Manager to lead and manage our SEO team (5–6 members). The candidate will be accountable for planning, execution, quality control, and timely delivery of SEO services for international clients, primarily from the US and UK markets.

The SEO Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for communication, performance tracking, and ensuring measurable SEO growth. The role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and strong client-handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of 5–6 SEO Executives/Specialists
  • Assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and monitor performance
  • Ensure team productivity, efficiency, and work quality
  • Conduct training sessions and skill development for team members
  • Review work, including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Client Communication & Coordination

  • Attend regular calls/meetings with international clients (US & UK)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
  • Understand client's business goals and translate them into an SEO strategy
  • Provide performance updates, reports, and recommendations
  • Handle client concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction

Project Delivery & Accountability

  • Ensure all SEO deliverables are completed on time and shared with clients
  • Take ownership of project outcomes and performance results
  • Maintain delivery timelines and commitments
  • Ensure websites show measurable SEO improvement
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies
  • Conduct website audits (technical, on-page, and off-page)
  • Plan keyword strategy and competitor analysis
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics
  • Coordinate with content writers, developers, and designers
  • Implement white-hat link building strategies
  • Optimize websites for search engine visibility and performance

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare monthly performance reports
  • Analyze data using analytics tools and present insights to clients
  • Track KPIs: rankings, traffic growth, leads, and conversions
  • Suggest improvements and growth opportunities

Client Retention & Service Quality

  • Ensure excellent service quality and communication
  • Deliver committed results and measurable improvements
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Focus on long-term client retention through performance and transparency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of team handling/leadership experience
• Strong understanding of:

  • On-page SEO
  • Off-page SEO
  • Technical SEO
  • Local SEO & International SEO

• Experience working with US/UK clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills (spoken & written English)
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects

Tools Knowledge (Mandatory)

  • All AI Tools - ChatGpt, Cluade, Gemini, etc.
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz
  • Screaming Frog
  • Keyword research & reporting tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
