Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Google Ads Expert who can manage, optimize, and scale high-performing PPC campaigns across multiple industries. You will be responsible for driving measurable results, reducing acquisition costs, and improving ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Remarketing).

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns for conversions, cost efficiency, and ROI.

  • Write compelling ad copy and test variations.

  • Set up tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.

  • Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.

  • Manage negative keyword lists to reduce wasted spend and improve efficiency.

  • Build custom reports inside Google Ads & Looker Studio.

  • Analyze search terms reports to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.

  • Ensure proper data flow using enhanced conversions and offline conversion imports.

  • Troubleshoot tracking issues with GTM, GA4, and Merchant Center.

  • Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, or revenue targets depending on the client.

  • Set up, monitor, and adjust bid strategies based on performance trends.

  • Manage budget pacing daily/weekly to ensure consistent performance.

  • Analyze performance reports and share insights with the internal team and clients.

  • Stay updated with Google Ads best practices and algorithm changes.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of Google Ads fundamentals: Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, and Performance Max.

  • Ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.

  • Experience optimizing campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, or revenue targets.

  • Knowledge of Quality Score optimization and bid strategy selection.

  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for tracking & conversions.

  • Ability to analyze search terms, manage negative keywords, and refine targeting.

  • Experience with A/B testing for ad copies, assets, and landing pages.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.

  • Good communication skills to work with internal teams and report performance.
