We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive leads, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
The role also involves client communication, reporting, and strategic planning to ensure advertising campaigns align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to build effective campaigns.
Set up campaign structures, ad groups, creatives, and conversion tracking.
Monitor budgets and adjust bids to maximize ROI.
Optimization & Performance Improvement
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Identify opportunities for scaling high-performing campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for clients.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
Client Communication & Strategy
Present campaign performance reports to clients.
Discuss campaign strategies, performance insights, and improvement plans with clients.
Understand client goals and translate them into effective advertising strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding models, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Experience with Google Analytics and performance reporting tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills for client discussions.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year eperience in managing ads across Google and Meta
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Familiarity with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads
Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
