Job Brief:

Your role as a PPC Ads Specialist is crucial in driving targeted online traffic and boosting conversions. You'll manage and optimize pay-per-click advertising campaigns across our global clients, collaborating closely with the marketing team, stakeholders, and clients to effectively implement campaigns on various platforms and channels. 

Responsibilities:

  1. PPC Campaign Management:
    • Develop and implement PPC strategies to achieve specific marketing objectives and KPIs.
    • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant networks.
    • Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords for ad campaigns.
    • Create and refine ad copies and display ads that resonate with the target audience.
    • Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to ensure optimal performance and budget utilization.
  2. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of PPC campaigns, including clicks, conversions, and ROI.
    • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.
    • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
    • Utilize analytics tools and data to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
  3. Landing Page Optimization:
    • Collaborate with the web development and design teams to improve landing page experiences to enhance conversion rates.
    • Conduct A/B tests on landing pages to determine the most effective design and content.
  4. Budget Management:
    • Efficiently manage PPC budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
    • Monitor daily spending and adjust bids to meet budget constraints while achieving campaign objectives.
  5. Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and developments in PPC and digital advertising.
    • Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance overall marketing strategies.
  6. Conversion Tracking and Tag Implementation:
    • Implement and manage conversion tracking codes to measure campaign success accurately.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking-related issues.
  7. Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
    • Leverage competitor insights to refine and enhance PPC strategies.
  8. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team, content team, and other relevant stakeholders to align PPC strategies with overall marketing efforts.
    • Communicate regularly with team members to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to marketing initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a PPC Ads Specialist or similar role with a successful track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent understanding of keyword research, bid management, and ad copywriting.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and other relevant platforms are a plus.
