Job Brief:

  • A Lead Generation Executive specializing in Email & LinkedIn Outreach is responsible for effectively leveraging these platforms to identify and engage potential business opportunities. This role involves crafting compelling messages, initiating contact through personalized emails and LinkedIn outreach, and nurturing relationships to contribute to a robust sales pipeline.


Responsibilities:

  •  Craft compelling and personalized email messages to capture the attention of prospects. 

  •  Identify and connect with potential leads on LinkedIn, aligning with the company's target audience.

  •  Engage in meaningful conversations through direct messages and comments on relevant content.

  •  Use effective communication to understand prospect needs and assess their potential as clients.

  •  Implement strategic follow-up sequences for both email and LinkedIn connections.

  •  

     Schedule and conduct follow-up calls or meetings for qualified leads.

  •  Build and nurture relationships with leads through ongoing communication.

  •  Keep detailed records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.

  •  Regularly update lead information based on responses and feedback.


Skills Required:

  •  Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  •  Previous experience in lead generation with a focus on email and LinkedIn outreach is preferred
  •  Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling emails and LinkedIn messages.
  •  Proficient in email marketing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
  •  Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to experiment with new outreach strategies.
  •  Strong networking skills on LinkedIn and the ability to build professional relationships.
