           Job Brief 

 We are seeking an experienced digital marketing candidate with 4+ years of experience in Paid Marketing  & SEO. The candidate               should possess excellent English communication and experience working with international clients.   

Job Responsibilities:

  1. SEO Strategy and Execution:
    • Optimize websites for improved rankings on search engine result pages (SERPs).
    • Perform on-page SEO activities, including optimizing titles, meta tags, headings, images, and content.
    • Execute off-page SEO strategies such as guest blogging, business listings, and link-building campaigns.
    • Conduct technical SEO audits, fixing broken links, redirection issues, site speed, cloaking, and other technical problems.
    • Implement local SEO techniques, including citation building and niche directory listings.
  2. Paid Marketing:
    • Plan, create, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and display networks.
    • Optimize campaigns to ensure ROI and meet business objectives.
  3. Content and Promotion:
    • Develop content marketing strategies, including blogs, PR, web 2.0, guest posts, and articles.
    • Create buyer personas, project plans, and messaging for promotional activities.
    • Prepare content plans to support SEO and paid campaigns.
  4. Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze website traffic, identify trends, and optimize SEO activities accordingly.
    • Track and resolve issues identified in Google Webmaster Tools.
    • Prepare detailed traffic and ranking reports for clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Technical Expertise:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing paid campaigns, especially Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
    • Proficient in on-page and off-page SEO techniques, technical SEO, and local SEO.
    • In-depth knowledge of Google algorithms, search engine behavior, and website optimization strategies.
  2. Analytical Skills:
    • Strong ability to analyze website traffic, SEO metrics, and campaign performance.
    • Expertise in Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and similar tools.
  3. Content Creation:
    • Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and ability to create and optimize content.
  4. Communication and Leadership:
    • Excellent English-speaking and written communication skills.
    • Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and motivate team members.
