Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The main focus of this role is to coordinate with clients, writers, editors, and publishers to ensure that all content is delivered to the client on time and to their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to ensure they have provided all necessary information including company name, target audience, target location, language (British or American), and call to action (CTA)
Provide writers with a short brief about the client before they start writing the content
Communicate client's requirements and comments to writers
Ensure clients have provided necessary images for each article at the time of approving the outlines
Ensure image links are provided in the outline by the client
Share articles with clients for approval and ensure articles are approved weekly
Assign articles to dedicated writers for each client and assign writers to new clients
Check articles with the status "Action Required" are edited and resubmitted within 3 days. Reassign articles that are not resubmitted within 3 days.
Ensure the editor is checking submitted and resubmitted articles on a daily basis, approving all articles within 2 days of submission, updating the status of articles soon after checking them and sending articles to clients for approval weekly
Edit articles as per client's comments
Coordinate with the publisher to ensure all articles from the previous months have been published, articles have working published links, formatting is approved, articles are published weekly, images are uploaded correctly, and the sitemap is checked for duplicate pages
Create tasks for each article with the information provided by the client, add internal links to other articles in the same category only, add external links to relevant articles, add a targeted link with approved keywords of the target page as the anchor text
Requirements:
Proven experience in a project coordination role
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience working with clients, writers, editors, and publishers
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Experience with creating tasks and tracking progress
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong ability to work independently in a remote team
