Job Description: Trainer and Career Mitra Manager
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) & Nagpur, Maharashtra
Position Overview: The Trainer and Career Mitra Manager will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training sessions for Career Mitras, with a particular focus on the Kaaryam app ecosystem. This role also includes managing the registration process for both Career Mitras and work aspirants, while ensuring professionalism and maintaining decorum. Since Career Mitras are primarily female in this program, the Trainer and Career Mitra Manager will play a crucial role in supporting their development and helping align their activities with the program's goals. The Trainer will also serve as the point of contact for resolving payment-related issues, as the Career Mitra model follows a micro-franchise structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, conduct, and oversee training programs for Career Mitras, focusing on both technical skills and soft skills development.
Ensure that Career Mitras are proficient in using the Kaaryam app ecosystem and other essential tools.
Manage the registration and onboarding process for both Career Mitras and work aspirants.
Provide ongoing mentorship and support to Career Mitras, helping them address any challenges they encounter.
Maintain professionalism and decorum among Career Mitras, ensuring adherence to program standards.
Monitor and report on the progress of both Career Mitras and work aspirants to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Facilitate feedback sessions and continuous learning opportunities for Career Mitras to enhance their performance.
Work closely with the Center Manager to ensure training outcomes are aligned with organizational goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving payment-related issues within the micro-franchise-based model.
Key Skills Required:
Strong facilitation and training skills with experience in adult learning methodologies.
Proficiency in using mobile apps and digital tools for training purposes.
Excellent organizational skills, especially in process management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to guide and mentor Career Mitras.
Problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage tasks under pressure.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field.
Certifications in training and development or prior experience in vocational training programs are preferred.
Candidate Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in training, preferably in the education or vocational sector.
Experience working with technology-based or app-based learning platforms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse teams.
Willingness to travel extensively within project areas, with approximately 85% of the role involving travel and 15% office-based work.
Must be a local resident of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) & Nagpur, Maharashtra
Salary: 25-30k per month + incentives
