Job Description: Trainer and Career Mitra Manager

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct training sessions for Career Mitras on the Kaaryam app and essential skills.
2. Manage registration and onboarding of Career Mitras and work aspirants.
3. Provide mentorship, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to program standards.
4. Collaborate with the Center Manager to meet organizational goals.
5. Address payment-related concerns within the micro-franchise model.

Educational Qualification:
Any graduate; MSW preferred.

Candidate Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in training, preferably in the education or vocational sector.

Willingness to travel extensively within project areas

Must be a local resident of Nashik

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month + incentives.
