About the Role

The Startup Project Intern will work directly with the Founder and leadership team on building innovative products, solutions, and business models for the future of careers, education, and work.

This is not a routine internship. It is designed for individuals who:

• Think beyond conventional solutions.
• Follow emerging technologies and future trends.
• Enjoy experimenting and building new ideas.
• Want startup exposure and entrepreneurial learning.
• Are comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Research emerging technologies such as AI, automation, future of work,, Ed-Tech and digital platforms.
• Market research.
• Explore AI tools and productivity technologies for business applications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with leadership.
• Support pilot projects, experimentation, and prototype development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and recommendations based on research findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute innovation projects.

Required Skills

• Strong curiosity about technology and future trends.
• Excellent internet research and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and digital collaboration tools.
• Creative problem-solving mindset.
