About the Role 

We are looking for a highly driven and empathetic professional to lead Dheya's Career Success and Growth function.

The ideal candidate believes that career guidance has the power to transform lives and understands the challenges faced by students, parents, graduates, and working professionals when making career decisions. You should be equally comfortable: listening to a confused student, helping concerned parents make informed choices, guiding young professionals exploring career transitions, closing business opportunities, and building a high-performing growth team. You will serve as the voice of the customer inside Dheya while also owning revenue growth and customer success outcomes.

 Key Responsibilities Career Success & Customer Engagement 

Engage with students, parents, graduates, and professionals to understand their aspirations, concerns, strengths, and career challenges. Conduct high-quality discovery conversations that help individuals identify their career development needs. 

Build trust and credibility through consultative conversations rather than transactional selling. 

Help individuals understand the value of career assessments, mentoring, and structured career planning. Act as a career development advocate and ambassador for Dheya.
