Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Specialist

Salary: upto ₹30,000 per month (plus incentives)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Inside Sales Specialist with a strong background in hardcore sales and extensive experience in the career counseling industry. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and revenue growth by actively selling career counseling services and products.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports on CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hardcore sales experience with a focus on career counseling products.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
