Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Specialist – To Deal with Mid-Career Transition Services (Remote/WFH)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to our Mentoring for Mid-Career Professional Division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in engaging with senior professionals and recommending them career transitions Services. This role requires strong communication skills, a mature and professional demeanour, The Senior Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with our program team to drive enrolment and revenue growth. Responsibilities:

• Engage with senior professionals to understand their career goals and challenges.
• Provide Information for our career transition and Planning Services to Professionals.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our program offerings, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through consultative selling approaches.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our program.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or certification industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence senior professionals.
• Strong understanding of the mid-career transition landscape and the challenges faced by professionals in this stage.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving success.

Salary: The salary range for this position is 35,000 to 40,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
