Job Title: Sanyojak/Marketing Executive
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) & Nagpur, Maharashtra
Job Summary:
The Sanyojak is responsible for engaging with local employers (with 10 to 100 employees) and encouraging them to register on KAARYAM's digital platform. They will ensure job postings from various establishments, including shops, factories, schools, hospitals, and more, helping connect local employers with skilled candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employer Outreach: Conduct door-to-door visits to local employers, introducing them to the KAARYAM platform. Explain its purpose and benefits, and assist them in registering on the KAARYAM mobile application.
2. App Assistance: Help employers download and navigate the KAARYAM Employer App, guiding them on how to use the platform effectively to post job vacancies.
3. Subscription Management: Clearly explain the subscription structure and fees to employers, and assist with any required documentation.
4. Job Posting Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with registered employers to ensure they are actively posting job vacancies on the KAARYAM platform.
5. Post-Placement Support: After a candidate is placed, verify their suitability and build strong relationships with employers to ensure long-term engagement.
6. Subscription Facilitation: Assist employers in subscribing to the service through the KAARYAM mobile app.
7. Performance Review: Participate in monthly performance reviews. In case of unsatisfactory performance, KAARYAM reserves the right to discontinue the contract.
Key Skills Required:
· Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to clearly and persuasively explain the KAARYAM concept.
· Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with local employers.
· Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of mobile apps and the ability to guide others through the KAARYAM Employer App.
· Salesmanship: Proficiency in explaining subscription fees and value propositions, with the ability to close deals and drive employer registrations.
· Follow-up Skills: Strong organizational skills to ensure regular follow-ups with employers and encourage job postings.
· Negotiation: Ability to negotiate and resolve employer queries or concerns.
· Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to addressing employer issues related to the app or job postings.
Education Qualifications:
· Minimum: Graduate in any stream; MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Candidate Requirements:
· Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or community engagement roles, preferably in job acquisition.
· Age: 21 years and above.
· Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language is required; basic knowledge of English is preferred.
· Transport: Having a two-wheeler or other personal transport is highly preferred to facilitate local travel.
· Basic Mobile Literacy: Comfort with mobile apps and the ability to help others navigate digital platforms.
· Must belong to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) & Nagpur, Maharashtra
Salary : 20-25k per month + incentives
