Job Description

The Sales Head will be responsible for acquiring candidates for the company's mentor certification program and engaging mentors to drive business growth. This individual will play a critical role in driving the company's success through the development and implementation of effective sales and product strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and product management and a proven track record of success in driving growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth for the Mentor Certification Division.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of team leaders and inside sales specialists.
  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a team leaders and team members to drive growth and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
  • Work independently under minimal direction with a strong work ethic Skills:- Product Management, Product Strategy and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business leadership roles in education industries.
  • Strong track record in B2C sales and experience with web products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Must Have Handled team size of 5-10 Inside Sales Professionals
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven business decisions.

 

Work Location : Remote

 

Salary Range : 7 Lakh + Performance Incentive
