About the Role

We are looking for a passionate React/Next.js Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end workflows.
• Familiarity with Redux/Context API for state management.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with backend services.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Exposure to CI/CD, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of SEO-friendly practices in Next.js.
