Job Description: Student Success Coach (Part-Time)

Role Overview:
Dheya is seeking a dynamic and empathetic individual to join as a Student Success Coach. This part-time role is ideal for educated women, particularly mothers of teenagers, who understand the challenges and importance of career planning for young students. The Student Success Coach will engage with parents, guide them in understanding the critical need for structured career planning for their kids and encourage them to enroll in Dheya’s Career Planning Program. 

Salary: INR 15,000 to 20,000 Per Month

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Parent Engagement
    • Initiate conversations with parents to understand their concerns and aspirations for their child’s career.
    • Build trust and establish a supportive rapport with parents to facilitate meaningful discussions.
  2. Career Planning Advocacy
    • Educate parents on the importance and benefits of structured career planning for their children.
    • Highlight how Dheya’s programs stand out in offering scientific, data-driven, and personalized guidance.
  3. Enrollment Support
    • Address parental concerns, clarify doubts, and present the value of investing in professional career planning.
    • Assist in convincing parents to sign up for the program, ensuring they feel confident in their decision.
  4. Outreach and Follow-Up
    • Conduct follow-up calls to maintain relationships with potential clients.
    • Utilize feedback to improve the approach and refine parent communication strategies.
  5. Collaboration
    • Work closely with Dheya’s mentors and support team to ensure smooth onboarding of parents into the program.
    • Provide insights and suggestions based on interactions to enhance the overall parent experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Prior experience in teaching, counseling, mentoring, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal communication in English and one regional language.
    • Empathy and patience while interacting with parents.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to clearly articulate the importance of career planning and address objections.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in using online tools, spreadsheets, and CRM software.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work part-time with a flexible schedule.
