About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to convert leads into successful sales of our paid programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and chats to understand their needs and present suitable paid programs.
  • Convert leads into enrollments of paid programs, by effectively communicating the value proposition of our programs & offerings.
  • Follow up with leads, address queries, objections, nurture prospects throughout the sales funnel and achieve lead closure with successful sale.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead interactions and status.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in education program sales or similar domains.
  • Proven expertise in consultative selling and lead conversion.
