About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Specialist - Student Counseling, to convert students into prospective qualified leads which will be further assigned to the sales team for conversion to paid mentoring program. 

The Specialist - Student Counseling shall be required to connect with parents and counsel them and help them understand the need for Career Guidance and mentoring for their child. The person here, needs to take a consultative approach in every call with the students and their parents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative and counselling roles, exceptional communication skills, and instant rapport building capability with parents and students alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with students/parents (leads) through calls, emails, and chats to understand their needs do their positive counselling to qualify the student to upgrade them to prospects.
• Follow up with leads, address queries, objections, nurture them to become positive prospects for Dheya's paid mentoring programs.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead interactions and status.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the Sales Team, Supervisors & higher Management.

Requirements:

• 10-15 yrs of experience of counselling Students & Parents, preferably in Schools, Edtech or similar domains.
• Proven expertise in consultative and counseling roles.
