Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Career Counsellor with a strong foundation in psychology and hands-on experience in student and parent engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in career guidance, orientation sessions, and parent education programs across schools and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct career guidance and counselling sessions for students (individual and group).
Deliver interactive orientation sessions in schools and colleges to promote awareness about career planning.
Facilitate parent education programs to help families make informed academic and career choices.
Administer and interpret psychometric assessments, guiding students toward suitable career paths.
Desired Profile:
Postgraduate in Psychology.
3–5 years of experience in counselling within schools, colleges, or educational institutes.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic listener with a genuine passion for youth development.
Prior experience in career guidance, student counselling, and parent programs is essential.
Must be comfortable with Work from Office (Kurukshetra) and travel for school sessions as needed.
