Job Title: Telemarketing Sales Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic telemarketing agent to join our team and generate bookings for our buyer's brokers by contacting hot leads.
Unlike a typical telemarketing job, you will be directly in touch with hot leads and scheduling direct meetings into the calendar of the broker.

As a Telemarketing Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting clients signed up on our platform
  • Providing the correct information about our company and services using a script
  • Understanding the customer’s requirements by asking pertinent questions
  • Persuading customers to have an online meeting with our buyer's brokers
  • Recording the client’s personal information accurately in our system and following processes
  • Going the “extra mile” to meet booking quota and facilitate future sales

Requirements:

  • Currently living on Costa del Sol - close to our office in Bel-Air (Estepona)
  • Fluent in one of the following languages: Dutch, Flemish, French, or German.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software, HubSpot) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection

We offer an "Infindido"-contract and a basic salary on a Spanish contract, as well as commissions.
