Developments.es and NewBuildProperties.com are seeking Scandinavian-speaking or Hungarian-speaking real estate agents to join our growing team in Costa Blanca.

We are a Danish-owned real estate group known for our transparency, client-first approach, and international team spirit.
With over 50 professionals across our offices in Costa del Sol and Dubai, we are now actively expanding our Costa Blanca operations to meet growing demand.

This position is ideal for motivated sales agents with experience in new build property sales, who are looking for real earning potential, a supportive team, and access to pre-qualified international clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist international clients throughout the property purchase process
  • Conduct virtual and in-person property tours
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Coordinate formalities with lawyers and developers
  • Stay up to date with local market trends and new build projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language or Hungarian, plus English
  • At least 1 year of real estate or strong sales experience
  • Familiarity with the Costa Blanca region
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Willing to work from our Costa Blanca office 2–3 days per week
  • Confident, proactive, and results-driven
