About the Role:
As an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent, your main task is to acquire secondary off-plan listings. You'll reach out to property owners who purchased off-plan but haven't completed transactions, and sell both secondary and new off-plan properties to previous sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach and establish connections with property owners to acquire secondary off-plan listings.
Utilize your networking skills to expand your client base and generate leads in the off-plan market.
Collaborate with the team to develop effective marketing strategies for off-plan properties.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments related to off-plan properties.
Requirements:
Hold a real estate broker license in compliance with local regulations.
Have prior experience in off-plan properties, secondary listings, rentals, or similar roles.
Demonstrate proficiency in real estate transactions and market dynamics.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English as we are an international company, anu other language is a plus
Exhibit a proactive and results-driven attitude towards achieving targets.
