We are seeking experienced real estate agents fluent in English and preferably Flemish, Dutch, Hungarian, Czech, or native US/UK speakers to join our Costa Blanca team.

What We Offer:

💰 Commission starting from 30%, with options for a safety net for the first 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to international clients from first contact to closing.
• Conduct personalized virtual tours and in-person property showings.
• Negotiate deals and assist with legal representation.
• Stay updated on market changes and property offerings.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience, with a strong preference for selling new build properties.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Flemish, Dutch, Hungarian, Czech, or being a native US/UK speaker is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Costa Blanca’s key regions.
• Driver’s license and personal vehicle access.
• Availability to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
