For our Costa Blanca office, we’re seeking experienced real estate agents fluent in Flemish, Dutch, or Belgian French to join our growing team.

What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to clients from first contact to closing.
• Conduct virtual meetings and create personalized property tours.
• Show properties, negotiate deals, and assist clients with legal representation.
• Keep clients informed about market trends and property updates.
   

Requirements:

• Proven real estate experience and familiarity with Costa Blanca's key regions.
• Fluency in Flemish, Dutch, or Belgian French; English proficiency is a must.
• Driver’s license and access to a car.
• Comfortable working in the office 2-3 days per week.
• Strong preference for selling new build properties.

• In-Person Interview: Successful candidates will meet with our Senior Sales Manager, Jacques, at our office in Alicante Port.
• Feedback: All candidates will receive feedback within seven days following their interview.
