What We Offer:

💰 Two Commission Structures to Choose From:

• Option 1: Commission starts at 30%
• Option 2: A safety net for the first 3 months with commission starting at 20%

Your Role:

• Guide international buyers through the purchase process.
• Conduct property showings (virtual & in-person).
• Negotiate deals & support clients with legal procedures.
• Stay updated on Costa Blanca’s real estate market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in new build sales.
• Fluent in Czech & English (Other languages are a plus!).
• Strong knowledge of Costa Blanca’s property market.
• Driver’s license & access to a personal vehicle.
• Must work from our Alicante office 2-3 days per week.
