We are a Danish-owned real estate group with offices in Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, and Dubai, specializing in new build properties and representing Europe’s leading developers.

This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced and motivated real estate professional who wants to focus on sales, not paperwork - supported by a strong internal team that manages marketing, administration, and legal processes internally.

Your Role

• Guide international clients through the full property-buying process.
• Conduct online and in-person viewings of new developments.
• Negotiate and close sales with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian, plus strong English.
• Minimum 1 year of real estate or strong B2C/B2B sales experience.
• Based on the Costa del Sol 
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
