About the Role

Developer Bazaar Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team for an on-site project in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong UI design expertise, a good understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web applications and digital platforms.

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Develop consistent design systems, reusable components, and design guidelines.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

• Ensure responsive and consistent designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Apply principles of typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, usability, and accessibility.

• Review developed interfaces and coordinate with developers to ensure design accuracy.

• Incorporate feedback and continuously improve designs based on project requirements.

• Maintain organized design assets and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong professional experience in UI/UX design, particularly UI design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Good understanding of wireframing, prototyping, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and reusable UI components.

• Understanding of usability and accessibility principles.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and communicate design decisions.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess a relevant degree from an AICTE/UGC-recognized institution, or an equivalent qualification permitted under Government of India rules.

• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Engineering

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience after completing the qualifying degree.

• Work experience gained while pursuing the qualifying degree will not count toward the required experience.

• Candidates must meet the experience requirement as of 22 October 2026.

Location Requirements

• This is an on-site project based in Delhi.

• Candidates based in Delhi/NCR are preferred.

• Candidates from other locations may apply if they are willing to relocate to Delhi and work on-site.
