Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop effective blog strategies, manage on-page SEO, and work closely with our content and technical teams to enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop Blog Strategies & On-Page SEO: Work under the guidance of a Senior SEO Expert to create blog strategies that align with our brand. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of all components of On-Page SEO.
• Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the Content Writing Team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of blog content for our website.
• Content Review: Review and proofread content to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines. A strong command of English is essential.
• WordPress Knowledge: Utilize basic WordPress skills to upload content, organize headings, and implement On-Page SEO tactics effectively.
• Technical SEO & WordPress: Identify technical SEO issues and provide clear instructions to the team for resolution.
• LinkedIn Blogging: Create and publish engaging small blogs on LinkedIn to drive traffic and engagement.
• AI Tools Proficiency: Use AI tools, including ChatGPT 4.0, to optimize and enhance SEO strategies.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media postings to ensure a consistent and effective online presence.
• Microsoft Office Skills: Use MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint for data management, analysis, and presentations.
• Flexibility: Be adaptable with working hours to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• SEO Tools Expertise: Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, MS Clarity, Semrush, and Ahrefs is a plus.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing.
● Strong knowledge of On-Page and Technical SEO.
● Basic knowledge of WordPress.
● Proficiency with AI tools and SEO software.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
