- CTC payable range is 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 INR

Key Responsibilities:

Hiring & Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Payroll and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

Accounts Management:
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records related to HR activities.
- Monitor and manage HR-related budgets and expenses.

Administration Management:
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as documentation, employee records, and data management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Managing Recruitment Team:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR department.

Employee Happiness:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.

Policies and Procedures:
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Conduct Disciplinary Actions:
- Handle disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of company policies.

General Management Duties:
- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional issues.
- Contribute to the development and execution of organizational strategies.

Payroll and Compliances:
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
Qualifications and Skiils:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in HR roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
