Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Software Testing Intern/Fresher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals new to the field of software testing to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. The Software Testing Intern/Fresher will work with team to learn industry best practices, develop practical skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Learn and understand software testing methodologies, processes, and tools under the guidance of experienced testers.
2. Assist in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software functionality and performance.
3. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify, document, and track software defects.
4. Learn to use automated testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
5. Gain exposure to various testing techniques, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
6. Assist in analyzing software metrics and test results to assess product quality and identify areas for improvement.
7. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
8. Learn to prioritize and manage testing tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and quality goals.
9. Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance learning and professional development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance.
3. Basic understanding of software development concepts and principles.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
6. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
10. Previous internship or coursework in software testing is desirable but not required.
