๐งพ 1. About the Role
We are seeking a technically sound, high-accountability Pre-Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Consultant who can act as a powerful bridge between clients, sales, and project delivery teams. In this role, you won’t just collect requirements — you will drive clarity, solve pre-project chaos, and deliver documents that empower the execution team to succeed from day one.
You’ll work closely with clients, developers, and sales leaders to ensure every project begins with precision — no miscommunication, no ambiguity, no false commitments.
โ 2. Key Responsibilities & Task Area
Client Discovery Calls :- Gather all relevant project information during pre-sales or requirement calls. Extract pain points, goals, and functionality requirements.
Documentation :- Prepare comprehensive documents: BRD (Business Requirements), FRD (Functional Requirements), SRS (System Requirements), activity logs, and technical breakdowns.
Proposal Creation:- Convert client challenges into detailed and actionable project proposals with scope, timelines, and solution outlines.
Project Planning Artifacts:- Develop Gantt charts, task breakdown structures, timelines, and activity lists using Excel or project tools like ClickUp/Asana.
Risk Analysis:- Identify early-stage technical and operational risks or bottlenecks and include mitigation suggestions.
Team Coordination:- Collaborate with development and operations teams to translate requirements accurately. Ensure clarity between departments and document all critical communication.
Project Onboarding:- Submit project documents and planning assets to the project management team for formal onboarding.
Client Escalations:- Proactively manage project onboarding issues, unclear expectations, or timeline constraints directly with the client.
Sales Collaboration:- Maintain regular data updates with the sales team and support in accurate project scoping.

Deep analysis of each project’s context to deliver high-value insights

Effective coordination with both sales and delivery teams to maintain alignment
Working knowledge of ClickUp, Asana, Excel, and documentation tools
Strong understanding of MVP development for web and mobile apps
Familiarity with the latest AI integration trends and tools
