We are expanding our development team to support international projects and are looking for a PHP Laravel Developer (2+ Years Experience) who is comfortable working in the PST time zone (night shift) and passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications.

Role Overview

As a PHP Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for developing robust backend systems, building scalable web applications, and contributing to high-quality digital products for international clients.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework
• Build clean, reusable, and efficient backend modules
• Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable code architecture

2. System Architecture & Optimization

• Design scalable application structures
• Optimize application performance and database queries
• Ensure system reliability and follow security best practices

3. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and testers (including international teams)
• Participate in sprint planning and technical discussions
• Support junior developers when required

4. Code Quality & Debugging

• Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal defects

5. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with new Laravel features and PHP trends
• Suggest technical improvements and better development practices
• Contribute ideas for system and process improvements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a PHP Developer (Laravel-focused)
• Experience with:
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • MySQL / relational databases
  • Git / version control
  • Basic frontend frameworks (React/Angular is a plus)
• Understanding of Agile development practices is a plus
