Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP Laravel developer to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PHP programming and a deep understanding of the Laravel framework, along with proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of complex web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them where appropriate.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a PHP developer with a focus on Laravel framework.
• Proven track record of successfully leading development projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in architecting and designing scalable web applications.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL and database design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
