Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment:

    • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
    • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  2. Onboarding and Orientation:

    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and procedures.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
    • Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
  4. Employee Engagement:

    • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
    • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  5. Communication:

    • Assist in the communication of HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees.
    • Respond to routine inquiries from employees regarding HR matters.
  6. Training and Development:

    • Coordinate training programs and activities for employee skill development.
    • Assist in identifying training needs and recommending appropriate programs.
  7. Performance Management:

    • Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing relevant data.
    • Assist in maintaining performance records and feedback.
  8. Compliance:

    • Stay informed about labor laws and HR regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Assist in ensuring that HR practices align with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in HR.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.
