Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of mobile applications using Flutter framework. You will work closely with senior developers to learn, grow, and contribute to various stages of the software development lifecycle. 

# Experience - Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in designing, developing, and testing mobile applications using Flutter framework.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
4. Troubleshoot and debug application issues to maintain optimal performance.
5. Stay up-to-date with Flutter and mobile development trends, technologies, and best practices.
6. Contribute ideas for improving existing processes and implementing new technologies.
7. Document code and technical specifications as needed.
8. Work under the guidance of senior developers to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development concepts.
3. Proficiency in Dart programming language.
4. Familiarity with Flutter framework and mobile app development.
5. Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
6. Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
2. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
3. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
4. Previous internship or project experience in mobile app development.
5. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
