Job Responsibility:

•      Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects in accordance with project management methodologies.
•      Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
•      Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
•      Allocate resources and manage project teams effectively.
•      Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics.
•      Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
•      Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
•      Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
•      Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.
•      Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within project teams.

Qualifications:

•       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•       Proven experience (X years) as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
•       Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
•       Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• ·     Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
•       Proficiency in project management tools and software.
•       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•       Certification in Project Management is a plus.
