We’re looking for a smart, research-driven, and communication-strong intern who can help our founder and HR team find the next generation of top talent and business consultants.

This isn’t a typical HR internship — it’s a chance to build your recruiting muscle at the founder level, learn how business roles are shaped, and use AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity to supercharge your hiring research.

You’ll work directly with decision-makers, experiment with new sourcing strategies, and see how real business hiring decisions happen.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

  1. Talent Research & Sourcing
    • Identify and source top talent for founder roles, business consultants, and analysts.
    • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) for smarter, faster research.
    • Build and maintain structured candidate databases.
  2. Communication & Outreach
    • Write personalized messages to candidates and consultants.
    • Coordinate with potential hires and manage communication flow professionally.
  3. Smart Execution
    • Manage recruitment pipelines with speed, clarity, and accountability.
    • Deliver weekly reports on sourcing and progress.
  4. Learning & Adaptability
    • Explore new recruitment tools and AI automations.
    • Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver with resilience.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) and documentation tools (Notion, Google Docs).
