• CTC payable range is 1,00,000 to 1,80,000 INR 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing:

   • Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates.
   • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for open positions.

2. Job Posting and Advertisement:

   • Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions for open positions.
   • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

3. Interview Coordination:

   • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
   • Provide logistical support for interview processes.

4. Candidate Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
   • Communicate effectively to keep candidates informed about their application status.

5. Resume Review:

   • Review resumes to ensure alignment with job requirements.
   • Provide feedback to candidates on their application status.

6. Talent Pipeline Management:

   • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
   • Proactively source and engage with potential candidates.

7. Data Management:

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
   • Generate recruitment reports and metrics as needed.

8. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

   • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
   • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in HR recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
