We are expanding our core development team and looking for a Full Stack Developer skilled in React, Node.js, and PHP Laravel, who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and growing with a fast-moving tech organization.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both frontend and backend systems using modern JavaScript frameworks along with PHP Laravel.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, and PHP Laravel

• Build responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces

• Develop robust backend systems and APIs

2. API & Backend Management

• Design and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Laravel

• Manage server-side logic and database interactions

• Ensure secure and scalable backend architecture

3. Database & Performance Optimization

• Work with MySQL / MongoDB databases

• Optimize queries and application performance

• Ensure data security and integrity

4. System Architecture

• Design scalable and modular application structures

• Implement best practices for code structure and deployment

• Maintain high system reliability

5. Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with designers, frontend/backend developers, and QA teams

• Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies

• Contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions

6. Code Quality & Debugging

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code

• Perform debugging and troubleshoot issues efficiently

• Follow coding standards and best practices

7. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with latest trends in React, Node.js, and Laravel

• Suggest improvements in processes and technologies

• Contribute to team learning and innovation

What We Expect From You

• Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and PHP Laravel

• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and PHP

• Experience with REST API development and integration

• Knowledge of MVC architecture (Laravel)

• Understanding of authentication & web security best practices

• Familiarity with Git/version control systems

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and grow continuously

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field

• 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer

• Hands-on experience with:

  • React.js

  • Node.js (Express.js preferred)

  • PHP Laravel

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • MySQL / MongoDB

  • Git

Good to Have:

• Experience with Redux / Context API

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)

• Understanding of Agile development practices
