Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will contribute to lead generation, outbound outreach, prospect engagement, and client communication for B2B technology services.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong career in B2B sales, SaaS/services selling, outbound prospecting, and account-based selling while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world sales processes and tools.

You will work closely with Senior BDEs, SDRs, Account Executives, and marketing teams to support pipeline growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Research & Prospecting

  • Research target companies and identify key decision-makers

  • Build and maintain prospect databases aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)

  • Support outbound lead generation through email, LinkedIn, and other channels

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential client requirements

2. Outbound Sales & Account-Based Selling

  • Draft personalized outreach emails and follow-up messages

  • Engage with multiple stakeholders within target accounts

  • Execute outreach campaigns and sales sequences

  • Learn and apply best practices for cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups

3. Cold Calling & Lead Qualification

  • Conduct cold calls to introduce company services and generate interest

  • Understand client requirements and qualify prospects

  • Schedule meetings or discovery calls for senior sales team members

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects

4. Inbound Lead Management

  • Support qualification of inbound leads from website inquiries and marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely lead response

  • Assist in converting inquiries into potential business opportunities

5. CRM & Sales Operations

  • Update and maintain lead details in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce

  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and proper activity tracking

  • Maintain outreach and lead reports using Google Sheets or similar tools

6. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

  • Share prospect feedback and market insights with internal stakeholders

  • Support sales initiatives and campaign execution

7. Continuous Learning & Skill Development

  • Learn to use AI tools like ChatGPT for research, communication, and productivity

  • Develop a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client communication

  • Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques

Who Can Apply

Education & Experience

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales/business development

  • Background in business, marketing, management, or technology is a plus

Skills & Tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and B2B outreach

  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes

  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets or similar tools
